So Much Resume Hype!

I found this article recently and want to pass it on to you. The author is on the right track and just needs to flesh out the “skill” thing a lot more; I’ll do that in other posts; but, this is a good article.

The resume is not a mysterious “legal” thing it is the first chance a potential employer has to understand the VALUE you could bring to them. Let me know what you think of this article.
