So what then does work? What then is the best way to find a job? The quick answer is by becoming a very affective networker.

The long answer is to balance the job search equation which simply means understanding how the public and private job search works in its entire minutia. Well will be talking about networking in this article and I’m introducing a mini-course on networking with this article because it’s about time, in fact his way past time, for people to learn the right way to find a job.

We are in a second depression, even though they(whoever they are) are telling us that the economy is getting better there are more people out of work today that a generation. Now let me tell you why networking is so effective more effective than anything else you could possibly do to find a job. The reason is based in human nature, good old-fashioned never changing human nature.

That reason is people higher people they already know, and trust.

That’s it, I mean think about this, what would you rather do, would you rather use a babysitter that you’ve used forever and trust with your life or a babysitter that answered an ad in the paper and then you have never seen in your life? Of course, you will opt for the babysitter you know, the known quantity. My friends that is the secret to all networking; it really doesn’t matter how you network if you get yourself known you’re going to find your job, actually the job will find you!
